Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting customers and assessing their trailer service needs.
Providing accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance based on customer requirements and company pricing guidelines.
Scheduling service appointments and ensuring timely completion of work.
Coordinating with service technicians to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively.
Communicating with customers throughout the service process, providing updates and addressing any concerns or questions.
Recommending additional services or products to enhance trailer performance and longevity.
Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, service history, and work performed.
Resolving any issues or complaints promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborating with other team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
Adhering to company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and safety standards.
